Payment
Hundested Sandskulptur ApS receives online payments with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will bear any return costs yourself.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@sandfestival.dk. The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Hundested Sandskulptur ApS to assess the condition of the product.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Excursions and events
An event ticket is only valid for that event on that date and time. The event ticket (invoice) is a bearer certificate. The event ticket (Pdf file sent by e-mail) must be printed on plain white paper in a readable quality prior to the visit or displayed on a smartphone with an intact screen. You are responsible for any misuse of online tickets, so please take the necessary precautions.
Cancellation
More than 10 days before event day: Free cancellation.
10 -5 days before event day: Returned 50% of the agreed amount.
Less than 5 days before event day: 0% of the agreed amount is returned.
Cancellation and cancellation of excursions must always be done in writing.
Change in number of participants
More than 5 days before the day of the event, however, the number can not be adjusted below min. the number. Less than 5 days before the event day, the number of participants can not be reduced.
